  • We serve events across Newcastle, the Central Coast, the Hunter Valley and Port Stephens.

    Because The Daily Scoop is fully mobile, our Scoop Cart can roll straight into your event, whether that’s a wedding, birthday, corporate function or celebration in your backyard.

    If your event is outside these areas, feel free to reach out. We may still be able to bring the scoop to you.

  • We offer three simple packages depending on how many flavours you’d like to serve.

    The Front Page Package
    Three gelato flavours - 120 Scoops

    The Extra! Extra! Package
    Four gelato flavours - 160 Scoops

    Each package includes our Scoop Cart, professional service, cones, cups and all the essentials to make sure your guests get the full Daily Scoop experience.

  • The Scoop Cart is our mobile gelato cart that brings fresh gelato directly to your event.

    It’s designed to be a fun, interactive addition to weddings, parties and celebrations. Our team serves gelato fresh from the cart so guests can choose their favourite flavours and enjoy a scoop on the spot.

  • Our packages are designed for a range of event sizes, from smaller celebrations to large weddings and events.

    If you’re planning something bigger, we can easily adjust the servings to suit your guest numbers.

  • Yes we do have Dairy Free & Vegan options available.

  • Most bookings include 1–2 hours of service, which is typically plenty of time for guests to enjoy a scoop (or two).

    If you’d like us to stay longer, we can arrange additional service time.
