Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event date. Failure to make payment by the event date may result in cancellation of the booking.

Rescheduling

Bookings may be rescheduled without penalty provided written notice is received at least 30 days prior to the event date. Rescheduled events are subject to availability.

Requests to reschedule within 30 days of the event may result in the forfeiture of the deposit and/or additional fees at our discretion.

Cancellations

All deposits are non-refundable. If a booking is cancelled by the client, any payments made may be forfeited depending on the notice provided and costs already incurred.

Event Requirements

The client is responsible for ensuring suitable access and a safe operating area for the gelato cart at the event location. There must be a suitable wet weather option in the event of rain. Any venue restrictions or access requirements must be communicated prior to the event.

Force Majeure

The Daily Scoop AU shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather that prevents us from providing our service or getting to the venue, natural disasters, government restrictions.

By paying the deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
